1st day: Kaliningrad

We beging the Classical Baltics tour with the arrival to Kaliningrad. Overnight.

2nd day: Kaliningrad - Curonian Spit - Klaipeda

Drive through former East Prussian capital after the breakfast. During city tour one will see the main railway station, Old Post Office, Branderburg Gate, Cathedral, Knight Gate, “Dohna” fortress, “Luisenkirche”. Departure to the Curonian Spit peninsula and driving along the Old Post street. Stopover in Nida, to see the Great Dune and old fisherman houses. Passing through National park, which was recently included to UNESCO World Heritage List. Arrival to Klaipeda, overnight.

3rd day: Klaipeda - Kaunas

Discovering Klaipeda in the morning. Klaipeda is often called “Gateway to The Sea”, because it is the main Seaport of Lithuania State. Old post office, historical Old Town full of handicraft shops, the Old Theatre and Simon Dach square with fountain are worth seeing. Drive to Kaunas in the afternoon. Overnight in Kaunas.

4th day: Kaunas - Vilnius

Kaunas sightseeing tour after the breakfast, including Kaunas Castle, Town Hall, known as “White Swan”, passing Vytautas Church, “Thunder” house and in 1408 founded Cathedral. Trip to the War museum’s park, where one can see statues of Lithuania’s people of merit. A walk through pedestrian street Laisves aleja (Freedom avenue) is a must. Drive to Vilnius, overnight.

5th day: Vilnius - Riga

Breakfast and Vilnius sightseeing tour. The Old Town, which is included to the UNESCO World Heritage List, looks like a maze of small streets. In the center of the old town stands St.Stanislaus Cathedral with a bell tower. It occupies the site of an ancient pagan temple to the God Perkunas and originally lay within the fortification system of the Lower Castle. In the maze of old streets one will see numerous pieces of historical heritage, like St.Anna Church, University building, St.Peter-Paul Church. Departure to Riga in the afternoon, overnight in Riga.

6th day: Riga

Acquaintance with the capital of Latvia, situated on Daugava river. The Old Town contains a wealth of historic buildings from the medieval town walls, dating back to the 13th century. The Powder Tower is one of the oldest buildings in Riga. One will also see the Swedish Gate, Riga Castle, “The Three Brothers” house, St. Jacobs Church, and, of course, the Dome Cathedral. Free afternoon to enjoy Riga’s spirit. Overnight in Riga.

7th day: Riga - Tallinn

Trip to Tallinn with a possibility to visit Latvia’s Ethnographic Open Air Museum at Lake Yugla. Overnight in Tallinn.

8th day: Tallinn

Tallinn sightseeing tour in the morning. Historical Tallinn center is surrounded by town walls – the jewel of medieval ages. One will see the Old Town, the towers “Long Hermann” and “Fat Margarete”, Town Hall, St.Olav’s and St.Nikolay’s Churches. Numerous merchant houses create the impression of former Hansa town. Free afternoon. Overnight in Tallinn.

9th day: Tallinn - St.Petersburg

Driving to St.Petersburg, the pearl of Slav culture. Stopover in Lahemaa National Park, where one can see Palmse Manor House surrounded by wild nature. Overnight in St.Petersburg.

10th day: St.Petersburg

City tour in the morning. Driving along Neva river with numerous decorated bridges, through Neva prospect to Rostral towers. One will see the jewel of Nevskij, the famous Mother of God from Kasane cathedral. The Admiralty building, Dekabrist square with Peter the Great statue and Winter Palace. Free afternoon for further sightseeing. Overnight in St.Petersburg.

11th day: St.Petersburg
